WIRE DRAWING LUBRICANT
DTÇ-2000 and DTÇ-3000 A

DTÇ-2000 and DTÇ-3000A lubricants are used in the wire drawing industry during the process of reducing the thickness of wires through drawing. These products have good cleaning and emulsion properties. The lubricants help the wires slide without abrasion during the drawing process and are resistant to hard water. DTÇ-2000 is recommended for final drawing pass products, while DTÇ-3000A is recommended for main drawing pass products. DTÇ-2000 prepares the surface for cleaning and coating of wires and provides a brighter appearance. Both lubricants prevent wires from rusting.
